Shipping Information

Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD/USD, anywhere in Canada and the US. (The territories are the exception — see below.)

Flat-rate shipping: $9.99 CAD on orders over $40 within Canada. Below $40, and for US orders under the free-shipping threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders ship within 1–5 business days from Victoria, BC — most go out within 1–3. Once it's on its way, most Canadian orders arrive within another 1–5 business days. Rural and remote addresses can take a little longer.

Shipping to the US? No surprise fees. Any duties are calculated and charged at checkout, so there's nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: a $25 CAD flat rate, or courier-calculated shipping at checkout. The free shipping threshold doesn't apply to the territories.

Returns: not the right fit? Eligible items can be returned for a refund — see our return policy, or just email us and we'll sort it out.

Who carries it: UPS, Purolator and Canada Post within Canada. Canada Post to the US, with USPS handling the final delivery.
